Met some of the coolest people through one of their programs!!! (Including my HUSBAND!) The camp I attended with them... was honestly such a refresher for my life. I NEEDED it. Xanadu helped make me the best maid of honor ever! I planned a beach bachelorette party for my sister and they provided... wireless headphones, a sound technician, and DJ services for 2.5 hours to turn it into a silent disco extravaganza. Everyone had a blast and couldn't stop dancing. Xanadu was timely, professional, and very easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone.read more

I went to Camp Xanadu to put myself in a situation where I'd be uncomfortable, where I'd face my fears, not know... anyone, and push past any blocks. I think Ryan and Heidi do a phenomenal job with their events. I've been to The Xanadu's Life's yoga socials, beach... clean-ups, sunset cruise, Havasupai Falls backpacking adventure, and Camp Xanadu on Catalina. Each experience/adventure makes me fall in love with The Xanadu Life and the Xanadu Family even more! I've met so many incredible people and have made a ton of great friends. I've noticed The Xanadu Life brings together a variety of passionate and talented people who help elevate each other. I accepted the invitation of attending the Granogi Xanadu camp knowing that this was something I would be foolish to... pass up. For once, I would give myself permission to take a breather. This trip not only gave me a chance to relax and recharge, but to reconnect with my playful side. Whether we were kayaking on the ocean, hiking up a mountain to watch the sun rise, or playing scavenger hunt on the island; there was always a smile on my face and laughter in the air. And just like that, it went from a simple text/email exchange to a magical, unbelievably organized & well-executed... weekend filled with nothing short of MAGIC. I was acquainted with Heidi Hong via my partner in love. Initially I approached her on an unrelated topic. She casually mentioned a amazing trip coming up on the weekend and urged me to check out the details of the adventure. No hard sell - just pure enthusiasm, excitement & determination in her task. I am always up for an adventure but I am also mindful of spur of the moment expenditures and selective about how I spend time (especially when it involves being away from my beautiful little family.) I trusted my instincts and I signed up for the trip along with my wing-woman and dear friend/mentee danniwashingtondotcom On paper the trip was reasonable in cost, organized, promised adventure, inspiring and looked like it was going to be a heap of soulful, love-filled FUN. In actuality, this 'Loventure' exceeded my EVERY expectation. From ship to shore (literally) the trip was well-organized and thoughtful in every aspect. Heidi, Ryan and #TheXanaduLife tribe provided all of the necessities and comforts without coddling, we were fed wonderful, healthy food, provided tons of snacks and fresh water, and everything from [Blue Moon] lit dance music to the beauty of morning singing bowls. We tackled challenging hikes as a team, swam, read, practiced BEAUTIFUL yoga, enjoyed the relief of a spine alignment by a MASTER, participated in concise informative and enjoyable "playshops" and were encouraged and supported in simply LETTING GO. I bonded with amazing people that I am inspired to maintain relationships with and learned a few new things about myself. I am more inspired than ever in my imperative to spread LOVE, joy, happiness and SUPPORT of my brothers and sisters. I am so grateful that thexanadulifedotcom showed up when it did, nothing but good things to say. Hi- I was welcomed into this incredible tribe to experience the Havasupai Falls adventure, and what an epic adventure... it was. Yes, part of the "epic-ness" was being surround by turquoise cascading waterfalls, star filled nights and lush greens jungles encompassed by gigantic red sheets of rock but more importantly the people. The group of dynamic and diverse uniqueness of some "already friends" and many strangers are now called family. The support, encouragement and cuddle puddles were endless, wether we were jumping off cliffs, hiking in rough terrain, collecting "diamonds" and making pedants, gathering water and cooking meals or dancing under the stars with glow sticks- It quickly became "family time" all the time.
